    Conventional touch screen displays

I am looking for a solution to my problem and I hope I can find it here. So as some of you may remember, I built a jukebox based off car I.C.E components about 3 years ago. The thing has been great and I still use it, except I am just replacing some parts on it now to make it "better"... like Nakamichi speakers, new amps etc.
However, I realise that this is 2013 and a Jukebox isn't complete without a touch screen display (even though I have keyboard and mouse for "tradionalists" like me).
So I did some googling and found some touch screen modules for 17" LCD's on eBay... this is what I found.

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Dell-17-T...2c6c281&_uhb=1

Anyone know what model this monitor might be from Dell so I can get more specs? Wait. did Dell ever make an LCD touchscreen???
