AMERICAN AC power cables

I'm sending some laptops over to some family members living in San Jose, California (Yes, that's in the USA).
However I don't have American power cables (or any Aussie AC cables) left around the home. This isn't the regular ol' cable... it's the clover looking connector we find on all the modern PSU's for laptops etc.
I've done online searches at Radioshack and Fry's and can't locate an appropriate power cable.
Can any American here point me in the right direction so I can tell my tech-illiterate relatives to go buy a power cord once they get my old laptops. :-)

I call this cable the mickey mouse cable. the charger end looks like his ears....

I would be truly surprised if your relatives don't find such cords in a Fry's or Radio Shack; probably both stock them. Fry's stores are rather large, so maybe trying a RS first would be good - quicker and less visually overwhelming.

BTW, I have an reasonable idea where San Jose is ...

At work we call them Mickey Mouse cables as well
We have them for $3

But really you can get them anywhere!
