    Different µF | Any problem?

I never tried before. But I just wondering what if we replace any badcaps with a bit higher uF or a bit lower uF... What will happen?

Heay thi question is answered many times here, if you are interested in that stuff look a little around and read or search.

Any way, as i am answering i will do it last time for you

Reducing a little bit should not necesarily be a problem, as caps ahve usually +20% tolerance. In generall you afre reducing enrgy sorrage thus the time the capacitor can deliver the current without charged, this is good for transients. And the o/p voltage will be probably noisier e.g. would have higher ripple current.

If you do enlarge the capacitance, this should improve the mentioned capabilities of the circuit, but you should not overdo this, as it is not obvious if the particular circuit can handle this w/o problems.
