Not so fast, because Intel thwarted OC'ing! It's not like the Conroe and Wolfdale Celerons.

Intel went out of their way to thwart OC'ing to the point where a stinkin' Zambezi can pwn it!

Looks like this is getting uglier!

3B Tech's web site reports that this board don't exist anymore!

And I still haven't gotten around to even getting the board double-packed!

But, a graphics card upgrade should be nice too.

                          Using a single 2GB A-Data PC2-6400 DDR2 SDRAM stick, ATM.

The biggest con: 2 GB is paltry for 2013 standards.

It's not 2006..... Most of 2006 sucked donkey balls, anyways.....

All it did during a lot of 2006 was rain rain rain rain rain, with staff making threats and wanting to ban me all the time!

Possibly getting another sound card in March.....

Even though my SoundBlaster Live! 5.1 is OK. I saw an MAudio at WinCycle.

Just hooked up the card reader from my Acer Aspire M5630 to the board.

Especially because my 8 GB Cruzer USB stick was faulty.

Now I shouldn't have issues with getting stuff from my camera.

Yes! The memory card reader is bootable! Using a PNY 8 GB 20 MB/s-rated SDHC card for the Windows 7 32-bit files.

I'm testing something with Windows 7 SP1 32-bit. Not sure which OS to use ATM.

The 3-HDD RAID 0 array WEI score is 6.2.

Looks like nobody's getting more than 5.9 on a single HDD.

Yup, only way to score above 5.9 with a single drive is to go to SSD.

Went back to XP 32-bit, because of some issues I'm having with a project.

I can really feel the RAID 0 now! Seemed to hardly do squat with 7.

Microsoft has some coding to fix. It seems no matter what, something's still making some things lag.
It's actually looks as if there's intentional artificial delays added to Windows Vista and later!

                                        Windows 7 annoyances:

Randomly hangs when going to power options to turn off the HDD power saving nonsense.

Randomly hangs during login portion. When this occurs, it may hang at the "Please wait" screen.

OK, I decided to try Windows 7 at least temporarily:

                                          Using 64-bit for tests:

Preparing to make Windows 7 my future OS if I can't update XP.

                                            Hi There!
I'm trying to help my friend who owns a restaurant be just bought.
He has a very long LED strip running along all the walls and columns. The strip is attached facing down 2in above the floor, using a wall panel that ends in a metal rail that finishes the panel underneath
It's stuck using, I guess, the 2 sided tape that comes with the strip
The issue is that like 1/2 of the full length, including 1/2 one wall, another entire wall, and one column, flickers after 4 or 5 minutes ON. Particularly it flashes staying OFF most of the time and flashing ON for 1 tenth...

Is it possible to upgrade from a Vestel 17MB97 main board to a 17MB110 Main board?
                                            by cheeky2
I suppose the real question is whether the existing pinouts from ether a 17IPS71 psu are cross compatible with a 17IPS12 psu? If they are then the exchange of the main boards should have no issues providing the screen is compatible with both main boards. Obviously you can change the screen configurations easily enough (providing you have the correct files) for the main board. Why may you ask would I do this? Well a lot of the smart features are no longer working on a Hitachi 48HBT62U main board I wish to give it a new lease of life!
Obviously the same LVDS connector for the screen connection...

I have a Sceptre U550CV-UMRD8POTV83BB 4K LED (this is a dumb tv) that I bought new in August 2021, so It's just completed 3 years.
Main power board model: TP.MS3683.PC821 T-Con board: N4TP546UHDPU2L_BO

Last Sunday I was watching a dvd and fell asleep for about half hour, when I awoke the tv screen was black and couldn't get the dvd menu to show, so I changed the input to antenna and had sound but no picture, turned it off. I then got online and found this great site! ....read many troubleshooting tips and this...

                                            Hello,

Here I have the mentioned tablet with motherboard s6000-mb-h401. The tablet won't turn on, no display, charging normally. I manage to connect to UART port and got this output when I try to start it:

                                            Code:
                                            [PWRAP] pwrap_init_preloader
                                            [PWRAP] pwrap_init
                                            [PWRAP] _pwrap_init_sidly [Read Test] pass,SIDLY=0 rdata=5AA5
                                            [PWRAP] _pwrap_init_sidly [Read Test] pass,SIDLY=1 rdata=5AA5
                                            [PWRAP] _pwrap_init_sidly [Read Test] pass,SIDLY=2 rdata=5AA5
                                            [PWRAP] _pwrap_init_sidly [Read Test] pass,SIDLY=3 rdata=5AA5
                                            [PMIC_WRAP]wrap_init pass,the return
                                            ...

Help Needed: Samsung UE55MU8000 Dead - Possible Main Board Issue
                                            by Asraf Atb
                                            Hi everyone,

Im looking for some advice regarding my Samsung UE55MU8000 TV with main board model BN94-11606C. The TV suddenly stopped turning on and now shows no signs of life at all not even the standby light at the bottom.

Initially, I suspected an issue with the PSU, so I took it to a repair center. They tested it and confirmed that the PSU works perfectly, even on other TVs. Based on that, I started investigating the main board.

I disconnected the main board from the PSU, and the backlight turned on, which seems to confirm the main board is the issue....
