Laptop RAM suggestions

My Dell Latitude D630 Needs a RAM upgrade... 2gb just ain't cutting it (under load the memory fills up and the graphics lock up).

I am thinking 4gb would a good amount...

Any Brand/Vendor suggestions?

Um... what are you doing that requires so much RAM?
In any case, I prefer Kingston, SuperTalent, and Crucial in no particular order... Even though I don't know if SuperTalent makes Laptop RAM

Getting Work done? Running 64 bit doesn't help either...

By work, I mean I may have 8 windows open at a time... College work.
