Others install windows on ssd in another computer and put ssd to the managed device and can use it with no problems, it's another way to skip data collection of the managed device.

you can unlock i-shit if you have access to the itunes account.
problem is of course the person with that account is unknown after the fone has changed hands a couple of times.

The problem with this is most of the time the website does not explain what the issue is it just says stolen not full fill contract and something it does not give any information about why it is locked

I do not have issue with not full fill contract you are right that probably did not pay the penalty portion or tried to get another phone because it failed for some reason ( walking away from a contract early is another story because you do not know if it was only a few months that this person walked away from it and the cell phone provider then report it stolen that why I do not want something that is reported stolen )

I cloud issues are one that I stay way from because it is almost impossible to get the situation resolved by Apple because I had a tablet that my son had that he stopped using for a long while and I wanted to repurpose for battery testing with the SkyRc battery tester and Apple gave me hell to get it unlocked again it was a good thing that I remember the email that was used to set it up with and wait two weeks while they researched it and gave me the reset website link to unlock it

Yea and you also need to know if that IME is not black listed either I have bought used phones before but I check several websites to make sure that it is not black listed unless you are just wanting a screen or case or face plate or something like that that does not matter weather or not is black listed just do not want anything that shows that it was stolen

I personally would not even consider or even buying one of these computers because there is nothing you can do about because here is another case Microsoft has f***k you once again

But it not only them has done this it is the reseller who should know better than offer these computers for resale if they have not deactivated them from this type control

If you do what I said it's like a new computer, you can install any windows or whatever you want.

or you can make a bootable USB stick with rufus 3.20, check "Disable data collection" and skip connecting to internet by clickíng "I don't have internet"
Other thing it worked to some HP and Lenovo models was to put laptop in setup mode instead of user mode in security boot.

The windows hardware I'd cant be cleared by any bios flash, Autopilot is on Microsoft's end, same as any Microsoft product that verifys the key, but autopilot looks to a another server before Microsoft's and if a company has it listed it uses that config. The only way to have it stop looking at a company server is change the windows hardware I'd, which is what is used7 in Autopilot.

Need help removing “Managed by: ABC Company” from BIOS on Surface Laptop 4 and 5
    by nerujan
    Hello everyone,

I need step-by-step guidance for an issue I’m facing. I’m a technician, and I have several Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 and Surface Laptop 5 devices that were MDM-locked through Autopilot.

There is no BIOS password, and I successfully removed the Autopilot lock using PowerShell. The laptops now work fine, but the BIOS still shows “Managed by: ABC Company” under the Management section.

I would like to know how to remove this management information from the BIOS without changing the serial number. I’ve searched a lot but couldn’t find any...

Anyone else been having problems with chinese laptops using ESSX8336 / ES8336 audio?
    by NanoTesting
This audio chipset has been a pain to deal with, most of the time its impossible to find drivers for chinese laptops that have no name/brand, or generic rebranded laptops.
Huawei also started to use it BUT they no longer host drivers on their website since they want you to force their PC manager app that often refuses to install after bios flashing and apparently the generic drivers around wont work on some intel systems and others wont work on amd systems, the generic ones have worked only once and i think i have had this problem on 30+ laptops so far in the last year.

Keyboard replacement not working issues with Win 10/11 (2) different laptops
    by SuperAman
I have had an issue that I've never come across in all my years of laptop repairs and it has happened twice in the last couple of weeks. The issue occurred on 2 laptops.

    1. The first laptop a Lenovo Yoga 7 convertible 14 inch 13th gen i7. This laptop came in working, customer wanted to replace the top keyboard assembly for cosmetic reasons so I replaced the keyobard assembly and put their touchpad in it. After booting into windows it would not work, so I assumed I needed to update it or something. Since they didn't give me the Admin account, as it was a company laptop and the...

Need (unlocked) bios for HP Probook 450 G3 Notebook
    by the_raz
I'm requesting a bios .bin for 2 of my hp Probook 450 G3's. Both of which I had forgotten the bios passwords. I stupidly flashed both of them with firmware "made" by the RCUnlocker software and I guess I shouldn't have. The last thing I did was flash both of them with RCUnlocker-fw thinking it would 100% work and left my programmer etc behind and won't have access to them for another 2 days so I figured I'd create a thread to see if I'd be so lucky that someone might have a working file laying around 😝
    Laptop number 1:
    Model: HP ProBook 450 G3
