Which cap do i need to buy, please advise ?

The cap thats blown says on it: 105kj450mff4, im here in the u.k so looking for a uk source online to purchase from, looking for decent quality but no too expensive. Please advise or link to a replacement cap if you can help, thanks.

it's 1uF 450v polypropylene film i think
whats it for/from?

Its from my 32inch lcd tv, the cap burst the other night while the tv was on and smoke came out of it with a plasticky smell. Im going to have a go at soldering on a new one, ive not attempted this before. Im hoping this with fix it. The tv was still working fine when the capacitor blew. I instantly unplugged the tv for safety reasons.

Im assuming that replacing the cap may make my tv useable again ? Any good advice appreciated.
