First let me say that all power supplies can get or have bad caps. even if they are a good brand, they can go bad. If you live in an area with unstable power, it will make things go even faster. Large or frequent fluctuations in power can make any capacitor go bad, no matter what brand it is. If you are not sure about the power supply, try another one in it or check the voltage to each line.
If it says it has a fan failure, i would take the cover off and make sure that all fans are working properly. There are settings in the bios to make sure that the computer does not boot up if there is a fan failure, even if it is a just a case or extra cooling fan. another thing that can cause the system to reboot, not good contact on the processor to the heatsink. If the processor starts to overheat, that can cause it too. may want to check that.
