Here is the mosfet in question

I can not figure out the part number on this mosfet

This is on a mig welder that I have repair about 2 years ago because the wire feed stop working
got working again now the controller will not power ON

There is another mosfet just below that goes to the main power supply and it looks like this one controls it

I have not trace it out completely yet

I can't make out the number but it looks similar to a IRFD120, It is a HVMDIP case style, It seems to be made by the old International Rectifier and could be custom number
The part number should be the top number "109" normally it would be irfxxx

A small tip: wet your finger and drag the finger over surface of the chip. Text should be more readable.
Or: clean with isopropyl alcoohol then rub some writing chalk
or: take photo with a blue/cold white led lightning the chip at sharp angle.

It's an IR part, can see I AND R with logo between (a diode and stuff)
End looks like 07 or 87 to me.
so maybe IRF*07?
