Will these work are good replacements for backordered items?

Here are the possible replacements - I was not sure about the ripple current and impedance being different so making sure they will work... this is for a
Samsung 245BW Monitor

I assume this would be the good replacement - was listed as a Substitute by Digi-Key but was not sure if that meant in every way (obviously some differences but dont know enough to know if they are differences I can work with)

Then I searched out this product - what looked like the Panasonic version of the product

Would either of them work as a good substitute? any one work best? or another item that might be even better?

the panasonic FR is by far the best.
the rubycon YXF is not even in the same class.

Thank you much, greatly appreciated! Up to 4 Samsung 245bw repairs so far thanks to this forum, specifically Selldoor's excellent help on my first attempt. Loving this monitor and cant find any I would rather replace it with so I am very grateful to be able to repair it!
