            It seems that all the big online people have 3rd party sellers. It's a shame because it only takes a few dodgy sellers to ruin a big company's reputation that took generations or decades to build.

            If you are new to this forum, we can help a lot more if you please post clear focused pictures (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) of your boards using the manage attachments button so they are hosted here. Information and picture clarity compositions should look like this post.

            We respectfully ask that you make some time and effort to read some of the guides available for basic troubleshooting. After you have read through them, then ask clarification questions or report your findings.

              Actually I just used their marketplace not too long ago to buy some stuff. Technically I could have used eBay (and it would have been cheaper), but I had a gift card with a few $$ to finish off, so figured why not.

              Basically the NewEgg marketplace has pretty much the same crap as eBay and AliExpress, but for higher prices... and with a much shittier search engine (seriously NewEgg, your search engine is useless ATM!)

              That's 20 cents per shit cap!
              Sure a 35V 1000 uF Jap cap from Digikey or Mouser will probably run you close to a $1 or more... but at least it's not going to be some volatile turd that spoils as soon as you open the bag.

                  I reported it to thier investigation team, as 'fraud'. Included attached image.

                  They asked what company I worked for and what proof I had. Did nothing.

                    I got fake stuff from Newegg years ago. they were quick to give a refund. I posted a bad review and the seller went away. probably just changed their name
