First of all, here is the exact card in question, with the caps circled.

The information off the top of these SMT caps reads as follows :
BP
100
ETZ
Now the problem isn't so much that the caps are bad, but that the previous owner of this card did not check clearance in the board before pushing it in, and as a result both smt's were snapped off.
I still have them (though theyre all but useless at this point) so i can confirm that the above code is correct.
I've cleaned off the pads and removed the original legs that were soldered in place still, and it's basically ready for a new set of SMT's to be working fine again, problem is i can't seem to track down what exactly these SMT's are, i'd be greatful if someone here could shed some light on to the matter
Even more useful would be if i could find out what the specs for them are, and located a suitable replacement on http://rswww.com
