Hi,
There is a small split in the light blue insulating cover of a very small Capacitor (flat + round) marked HL 221K 1KV.
It is on the power supply board of an LG TV.
I have searched the internet, and so far I have found;
221 ='s a value of 220 pf
K ='s +/-10%
1KV ='s 1000 volts
I was offered a dark mat brown one by RS a supplier here in Scotland, but it was not light blue and shiny, so it did not feel like it was the same kind.
Also no-one seems to know what the HL means either(one thought the H meant- High Temp).
Help, and thank you for pondering this.
Best regards,
JW
