I've got an integrated coffee machine which stopped powering on yesterday. Prior to this it would sporadically switch its self off and sometimes would just have flickering LED lights on the front of the machine.
When I plug in the machine now I can hear a high pitched chirping noise coming from the PSU area. I have recorded it and uploaded it here: https://instaud.io/cSe
I have taken the coffee machine apart and cannot se any obviously bulging capacitors, but could the noise still be a sign of a bad cap?
