why the cap is not on the datasheet??? Fake???

I always see Hermei brand LE series capacitors that fail in the power supply.
They are 10x15mm 16v 1000uF.

I check the datasheet



but i don't see 16v 1000uF cap with 10x15mm .

The LE series has only 10x21mm for 16v 1000uf.

Question.Is the cap fake? Or Is the datasheet a joke?
what 's real voltage and capacitance for this cap?

I'm not familiar with the brand. Two things may be in play. First, mfrs. datasheets are not necessarily up to date. Thus there may be standard products, recently introduced, that aren't on the datasheet. Second, for some mfrs., including a major such as UCC/NCC, custom parts are a substantial part of what they produce. So that Hermei cap may be a custom.
