Is that capacitor OK? Thank you.

    Dear Friends,
I have a capacitance meter. When I use it to test a capacitor of 220 uf., 16 V. and 105 degrees C. The reading is first at 4XX uf. and goes back to 23X uf. at the end. Is that capacitor OK? Thank you.

Yes, the capacitance is what the meter reads when it settles - in this case, the ending stable value. In any event, electrolytics have a very wide tolerance, typically +/- 20% or higher.
