Unlikely but there again I have no idea what you are talking about
Caps are valued on volts and farads so 0,22uf and so on.
May be a "special" cap where the "k" is a code for the tolerance
Pictures of both would help a lotPlease upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

Short answer is yes.
0.22 is the microfarad value, k probably indicates tolerance of 10%
224 is 22 with four as the multiplier, so four zeros equals 220000pF which equals .22uF, again the k indicating tolerance of 10%
I don't know why K is used for 10% or why J is 5%, just that it is.
