You could swap the 470uF ones for these (http://mouser.com/ProductDetail/Nich...L9Fa6QKbZcI%3d). I wouldn't worry too much about the 100uF ones. I doubt if they are in stressful areas.

these are pretty small as well, so i'm not sure if i grabbed the right numbers off of them. I can't seem to find anything on them.

Any thoughts on the numbers I grabbed off the luxons? I can't seem to find anything with those numbers. :/

And it's true, I still haven't ordered anything yet.

They are probably general purpose 105C caps since I didn't see you list any series (and in most cases, many motherboards use general purpose 105C caps for these anyways).
So feel free to grab anything that is rated 105C and is made by a reliable Japanese manufacturer. I wouldn't bother with the 100 uF caps, though. They rarely cause problems (if ever).

As far as the seven G-Luxon 470 uF, 10V caps... again, general purpose 105C will likely do, but grabbing anything low ESR wouldn't be a bad idea either (even if it's entry level low ESR such as Panasonic FC). Also, if you can't find anything with that size (I have a Shuttle motherboard that had 470 uF 10V OST caps in 6.3mm diameter, and I couldn't find anything with those specs in that size), then you can also use 6.3V rated caps. While it is *generally* not a good idea to go lower in voltage, in this case you can, because standard motherboard voltages are 5V, 3.3V, 1.8V, and 1.2V. A 6.3V cap will cover all of these just the same way as a 10V cap. So whenever you see 10V caps on a motherboard or in a PC PSU, just know that you can use 6.3V caps too.

So you going to order the caps now, fix your motherboard, and make us happy too?
