    Bad film capacitors?

I recently got this old working GE clock/radio but I found something odd. I had to take it apart (it really needed cleaning) and I found a blueish green substance on the board, it looks like it came from the film capacitors shown below. After taking them out I was able to easily clean up the mess (no corrosion happened), but I'm wondering if I should replace the green caps.

Is this a problem that should be addressed? Or should I just reinstall the capacitors and forget about it?

    looks like a spill.
clean it up and forget it.nothing in a film cap to leak.

Could be something from outside (or another PCB in the clock radio - if there is one) as kc8 suggested, or it could be leakage from those two adjacent electrolytic capacitors. I don't see any crack or break in the outer coating of the film caps, so the substance apparently isn't from them.
