Panasonic capacitors at low price

I found Panasonic capacitors at very low prices in a authorized distributor ( Avnet ) , some models appear as excess inventory and other such obsolete, is a good business buy them?
Perhaps can be very old stock or other problem?

i bought a bunch of non rohs parts on clearance from places like that.no problems.
if they are values/series you use stock up!
