I´m designing a receiver for rf video signal using an old analogic tv tuner , my doubt is if after the ic video demodulator it´s necessary a circuit for modulate the signal to couple in a RCA composite plug , like an DVR or old TV.

Is it possible to reuse the carbon filters used in solder fume extractor , washing or cleaning them? -
Epson LX-300
I have 2 old Epson LX-300 dot matrix printers, one with colored ribbon prints normally, the other with black ribbon only, with the same parallel cable Centronics and in the same cpu, prints from the center to the right of the sheet and keeps trying to print, would it be an alignment problem or some sensor?
Sometimes she starts printing well but then "slides" to the right of the sheet. -

Panasonic capacitors at low price
I found Panasonic capacitors at very low prices in a authorized distributor ( Avnet ) , some models appear as excess inventory and other such obsolete, is a good business buy them?
Perhaps can be very old stock or other problem? -

No signs of short.

It is to source with output amperage between 2A and 5A.

You can use new-old stock electrolytic capacitors, but with 5 or more years old?
They can deteriorate even without use during this period?
There are some selling on ebay for a good price and I do not know if it's worth. -
