    Poly markings

    Looking at this board and wondering. Do we add a zero so that;
    10=100uF (green)
    47=470uF (yellow)
    100=1000uF (red)

    The 25V 100uF look like they have the UCC Logo with a dot in the middle. Some of the other ones look like they have the Fujitsu logo, but I can't be sure...

    Upload a more detailed picture somewhere.

      Am I right in thinking you add a zero to the right of the number to get the capacitance?

      Some of the other ones look like they have the Fujitsu logo... is that the super imposed S's? Looks like maybe?

        Ah yes, now I see it.

        No - the capacitance is there, right on the cap. I thought you were inquiring about the series...

        10=10uF (green)
        47=47uF (yellow)
        100=100uF (red)

        I'll go look at http://capacitor.web.fc2.com and see if I can find anything.

            Those are not necessarily polymer.
            They make both kinds in that can.

              A UCC logo with a center dot used to be used by Sam Young.
              The uF and volts markings are also consistent with them.
              Maybe they brought the old logo back.

              [Edit]
              Actually the date on the board is year 2001.
              They may have still been using the old logo back then.
