Identify Caps On A NVIDIA 7300

I've got a NVIDIA GeForce 7300 out of a Mac Pro 1.1. The caps have the following markings; C67A 330 16v. Is this 300uf cap? Can it be replaced by a
    300uf 16v electrolytic?

Can't know that unless you know the ESR and Ripple for the old cap.
Can't know the ESR and Ripple for it until it's brand and series are identified.
Don't really even know if it's a poly or a lytic until you ID it because both kinds come in both style cans.

My guess is it's a 330uF 16V poly, in which case, https://www.badcaps.net/store/produc...products_id=78 would probably work
I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!

No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the jumper wires backwards

Regarding the pic of caps I have attached to my post. How do u identify the positive and negative sides of this particular electrolytic. Does the blue mark identify positive or negative.

The (blue) colored marking indicates negative.
