Regarding the pic of caps I have attached to my post. How do u identify the positive and negative sides of this particular electrolytic. Does the blue mark identify positive or negative....Leave a comment:

RE: Samsung 2220mw caps. I pulled this board from and non working monitor. See picture. The three caps I have arrows pointing to have bulged tops. I am assuming they are bad. I can replace them but just wondering if its worth it and if this is the primary problem for no picture....Leave a comment:
