    Bad Power board LM004 rev.3 for DLC9A

this board does not have any name . But thru search found to to be a Sceptre product. The monitor will turn on then go off. No back light or with flashlight in back ground, but the green light on the front keeps blinking. Can find NO paper work on this board from Sceptre or internet. Need help to repair or replace.

      1) My sig file indicates how to load clear focused pictures of your boards.

Here is an example of the pictures we want.

      2) Do you have a multimeter?

If you are new to this forum, we can help a lot more if you please post clear focused pictures (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) of your boards using the manage attachments button so they are hosted here. Information and picture clarity compositions should look like this post.

We respectfully ask that you make some time and effort to read some of the guides available for basic troubleshooting. After you have read through them, then ask clarification questions or report your findings.

Please do not post inline and offsite as they slow down the loading of pages.

Clearing out the contents of my camera card and found pictures I took of this very same board. I can't find the specs for the two capacitors that have popped though. I am trying to figure out which product also uses this board. I'm confident I didn't have a Sceptre Komodo.
