    Hp-530

    Dear all,

    i have HP-530 motherboard, shorted power circuit & repaird previously and i need the mosfet no's for PQ3, PQ4, PQ36 & PQ39 or any equivalent for it.

    when i pluged to charge the charger go off

    What's the number of the mosfet? Have you tried looking for equivalents on alldatasheet?

      These are in the vcore controller circuit:
      PQ36 SI4684DY-T1-E3_SO8
      PQ39 SI4684DY-T1-E3_SO8

        Thank you b700029, the motherboard was repaired in the past by other, when i checked it i noticed that the PQ36 & PQ39 replaced with 4474 and 4433 mosfet, the PQ3 & PQ4 soldered and the no's for it not cleared.

          I have the same board for repair,PQ 38,37,40 and 41 shorted,
          there are FDS6676AS,

          in my board PQ 36 and 39 are AD4684 (not sure for the brand)
          and PQ 3 ,4 are AO4433

            hi. Mine is a no power fault. I measured the value of the pin 1-4 of q4 to be 18.5v but the output pin 5- 8 is 0.3v. Could it be the cause. If yes can i use the Q4 of other board.

              Did you checked the date of last message ?
              it is better to make a new thread with more information, your board model, measurements, maybe some photos.
