I’ve checked everything I can think of and have run out of ideas. It will not turn on and there is no stand by light. I have been looking for some schematic drawings with no luck. Thanks any help will be appreciated.

Re: Proscan LED 32" TV not working.
We need good clear sraight on pictures of back of tv with cover off and one of each board.
We also need the voltages from the power supply connectors.
Format:
Pin Label - Pin Voltage standby - Pin voltage power on
1 - XXXXXXX - XXv - XXXv
2 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
3 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
4 - etc.
Please remember we dont have the tv in front of us so we go from the information you provide us ie pictures voltage readings etc.

Re: Proscan LED 32" TV not working.
So far all I could check was the Power board. Starting at the top and each pin grounded to its own plug gnd pin. each plug's measured voltage is separated with a semi-colon.
25.65, 25.65, 25.65, and 25.65 VDC : 25.67, 25.7 : 13.62, 13.62, 5.04, 5.04, 5.04, 5.04, 0, and 0 VDCMy Spelling and Grammer Sucks.

Re: Proscan LED 32" TV not working.
theres two pins marked plus 5v so your getting no voltage to them as it looks like it uses the same pcb trace as the working two plus 5v pins or are they not used on the top side of the board
can you upload a picture showing the whole back of the tv and how all the boards are connectedLast edited by vinceroger69; 05-22-2017, 05:50 AM.

Re: Proscan LED 32" TV not working.
To make it easier for us to figure what Voltage and Control signals are present, please look at the bottom side of the board and list the pin names of each connector and follow by the the DCV readings for each pin after the power switch is activated.

Re: Proscan LED 32" TV not working.
It looks like the power supply board does not have the connector installed where the ON/OFF, ADJ pins are located for controlling the backlights circuits.
You do have PS-ON command signals so the main board is not completely dead that is why you are getting the switched 5V, 12V, and 24V.
The small board in the middle is the LED driver board, I can see two wire going to the main board which I believe those two wire contain the Backlights ON/OFF control signal and the Dimming control signal.
So check to see if the PS-ON pin does change state or not when you turn the TV ON and OFF.
Then probe those two wires on the LED driver board to see what DCV you have when turning the TV ON and OFF.Never stop learning

Re: Proscan LED 32" TV not working.
At this point you have main board problem, that PS-ON should never stay in one level, it should change state when power switch is toggled.
I see 3-pin Voltage regulator ICs on the main that you should check the Voltages, see the link on how to test and how to report the readings properly.Never stop learning
