I need dump for this board La-E671p

Hello!

This is my first post for help, and I am quite newer to board repair, so bear with me.

I have this board here (LA-E671P), with no power, and doesn't charge. No lights come on when plugged in.

After visual inspection of the board, U22 is obviously blown up. This is the for backlight, and there is no shorts present after removing the chip and replacing.

There is 3 USB C ports to power this board, USB 1 gives 20V, while 2 and 3 only give 5V.

My observations using USB 1 at 20V (0.075A draw on Ammeter, slowly drops from 0.136A)...

Hi there guys i have this laptop that doesnt power on. When i plug the charger i see 2 white blinks on the front leds with a small delay. If i press the power button the led ligts up for less than a second then dies down.

When i plug in the USB AMP meter on the Type C i get 20v and a jump up to 0.34A then the value changes to 5.02v 0.03-5A. Please if someone could guide me on how to troubleshoot and possibly fix it. i am new into fixing boards so this will be a valuable lesson to me.

Hi all, I am trying to repair a motherboard of a DELL XPS 13 9370 i7 16GB RAM that I bought. The seller misled me with the state of the equipment and it turns out that they have put an ape with a tin soldering iron in his hand doing nothing on this board.... there are several components moved out of place and many others fail. I have many boards of all kinds saved to donate components and this way I will recover it, at least try with everything. In this case I am fortunate to have enough time to try. The information of the board is;

I have a Dell XPS 13 9730 that a picked up today. The seller claimed that it stops working all of a sudden. The ammeter reads 5V, 0.11A.
Could some help me out.

this board has three usb-c controllers. one of them was bad and was removed. does all three contnrollers have to be present and functioning? will it still post with a charged battery?
