Hello i have an latitude E7440 which is behaving weird
- it powers on but resets every 30 minutes
- I cannot enter bios settings and I don't know the Service Tag
- I cannot do a bios update laptop just restarts to windows
I need a clean me bios for this laptop with LA-9591P board. I have only the U1 25Q64 bios chip, U2 is factory empty

Hello!
I got fairly cheap a broken first gen surface laptop, dissasembled it and found burned components near the connection for surface connect port.
Could someone help me identify them and point me in to right direction for fixing it?... -

Done, fix ot by flashing first clean me bios, than reading it back, doing autopatch, laptop booted just fine, and lastly writing original file from laptop

Hello i have a problem using autopatcher in ThinkPad X280, after writing patched file laptop is beeping code 010288 and no display, tried on original bios from 2020 and after update on newest bios from 2025
after writing original bios laptop is starting fine again

Thinkpad X280 NM-B521 No Power
Hello i have a problem with a ThinkPad X280 with NM-B521 Motherboard, laptop doesnt power on
I dissasembled IT and started Basic trouble shooting
+20v is getting to board so power delivery circuit is working
Next i started looking on the board and i felt a burning hot chip its BD4179 "ThinkEngine"
I desoldered it, no more chips are getting hot
But i founded that on the capacitor marked on the picture there is 0.8 ohm short to ground and it's not capacitor, after desoldering it it's Still 0.8 short
Could anybody help me with fixing this laptop... -
Mac Mini 2014 820-5509A Reboot loop while installing macOS
Hello i have got a Mac Mini 2014 with 820-5509A motherboard it powers on but i cannot install macOS, in first part of installer it goes about 75% and reboots back again to installer
I think the bios was changed because it has a lot of flux around EFi chip

i founded that with thingerprint reader unplugged there is no short on d20 so maybe just the thingerprint reader is bad, But still there is issue with bluetooth bios says "bluetooth none" i read on internet that bluetooth is in the same chip as wifi but wifi is working fine so what i should check?...Leave a comment:

Dell XPS 13 9370 unknown USB devices in device manager
Hello, i bought a faulty Dell xps 13 9370 after installing windows in device manager i Can see 2 unknown devices, one is thingerprint reader because it dissapears after i unplug it and second one is i believe bluetooth because it also doesnt work and in bios there is no bt also.
Device manager says "unknown device, failed to request device descriptor"
Can somebody point me in right direction what to check?
I updated bios to the newest version and thunderbolt controller firmware still no luck -
