Hello my name is Josh I am studying how to be a pentester/offensive Security specialist. I am trying to be as much self taught as I can be. I live in Ohio and I look forward to help those I can and those that help me.

Hi all, started my electronic career many many years ago (trained on tubes so that should tell you how many yrs ago). Still love working on and troubleshooting anything electronic. Started my work journey in two-way radio and then jumped to cellular, and what an adventure that was. Happy to be a member of this forum!

I started my adventure with electronics in a technical school in Poland (that's where I come from). Now, after a few years of working in another profession, I would like to return to electronics and hobby in one.
I hope that my presence on this forum will definitely help me in this.

        Thank you,
        Best regards

                  hey lovely badcaps folk

In my environment, I encounter defective hardware relatively often, be it laptops, monitors, PV inverters or power banks. A few years ago, instead of just replacing the mainboard, I started to want to understand the problem a little deeper, especially with an ecological aspiration, but it took me until today to discover this forum here, which contains a lot of knowledge that I would have liked to have had from the beginning

now I am here and hope I can support sometimes others as well

Hi, I'm joining here in hope that someone can help me fix a TV. I repair computers, stereo, TV's and other stuff like that, mostly for friends. I need a BIN file to reprogram an eeprom, but I'll post about that in the 'Eeprom dump thread'.
