Re: samsung syncmaster SA350 no picture

I can confirm that the firmware update .exe supplied by Samsung
does NOT WORK with:
WIN10-64 => "no monitor to update or no monitor found"-message
Win7-64 => bluescreen :O

I set up an old notebook with WIN XP-PRO 32 and started the Samsung Firmware Update File:

THIS WORKS 100% !!!

I checked with both dead LS24SA350. Both are back in business now

Here are the details:
Both monitors were recognized by WIN10 and WIN7 via HDMI and VGA-port...
