LG 65UK6400PVC Half of the screen is dead

My TV just went off one day and I opened it to see what was going on, I found out that one of the cof flex on the right side is burnt, is this fixable or I'll have to get a whole new panel with screen

No way to fix it. Looks like the backlights were bad also as everything appears blue.
Time to get a new TV.
