    Samsung ue40h6700st logo boot corruption

Can someone help me pinpoint the possibly corrupted chip here that needs to be reprogrammed?
Based on my research, this is the cause of these symptoms??
Samsung smart logo appears on power on.Stays visible for one second then only backlight glow remains. Until tv powers off by itself in five mins there is no response to the remote or tv buttons.Tv goes off and stays off until it is turned on again.
    Pls help

It looks like a Samsung OneNAND to the left of the optical port.
I think there is also an 8 pin eeprom somewhere, usually indicated with a dot of paint. Under the heatsink perhaps.

There is no OneNand on this chassis, there is eMMC - KLM4G1FEAC-C031 or JWA50, + EEPROM 24C512, and SPI W25Q40C.
