    Samsung QE55Q700T 8K BOOTLOOP

    Hi all,

I have tv model qE55Q700TATXXU Samsung 2020 8k model with strange issues, it would work fine for a day or at least few hours and then go in Loop restart, it gives you like 10 seconds before doing again. If I leave the tv off for long period of time, it would eventually work again for few hours or a day and start doing it again…

I have opened the back and tried to find what's causing the issue but can't find it yet… If I remove any flex connecting T-con with main board, it stop boot and I can hear tv working normally (can hear Samsung plus channels) but no video, just the audio and back light leds, If I removed one of four connecters coming from screen to T-con again no video and only audio but no loop and can hear audio. Same if I remove PSU connecters going to Mainboard or T-con (no loop but also no video)

Check the picture to see how it looks on the back

If I connect everything back, I can see video for 10 seconds or less and then it restarts…

Anyone can help me? Luckily I have a same TV in working condition if needed I can take parts from it to test what's wrong, but not sure if its worth the risk…

Thanks everyone who can help me with this

Not sure how risky it would be because not sure what is wrong, but if you want you could try your tcon from your other tv in there, maybe just run it long enough to see if it clears up the problem, if its the same then turn off right away and switch them back out, that should confirm or eliminate the tcon as the culprit.

The TV is covered by consumer law, why are you trying to fix it?
Contact the original vendor and they sort it with Samsung.

I wasn't saying claim under warranty. It's covered by the 2015 Consumer Rights Act.

It's expected In the EU an UK that electronics should last a decent amount of time. See this thread. https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=110218
Also buy your TVs from Richer Sounds, they provide 6 years warranty as standard.

Did you ever get to the bottom of your issue? I have the same with mine and 2 year 9 months, would have gone back to retailer I brought from but they are no longer trading

samsung un43nu7100 BN94-13191C/BN41-02635A boot loop problem even with tcon jumper
                    by THXFX
Hi I need help with a Samsung un43nu7100 BN94-13191C/BN41-02635A with boot loop problem even with tcon jumper.
I've already try tape method and same happen, if I disconnect both flex from mainboard to panel tv boots normal even I hear Samsung sound.
When I solder jumper to make t-con work with or without panel or panel cables connected it still reboot or power cycling.
What I noticed is that there's no voltage in VHG, HAVDD, PANEL_3.3V, AVDD_17V or 12v near dc-dc chip.
I check capacitors and diodes and didn't find any short IN MAINBOARD.

Yet another Samsung QLED Boot Loop
                    by Takeatry
Samsung QLED QN50Q — purchased 2022 started experiencing a delay in the picture coming on in the morning less than 2 years later. Did not know the term boot loop at that time. As the loop delay ran into a few minutes did all the recommended troubleshooting, soft and hard reset, changing cables and outlet locations, no help. As the delay increased contacted Samsung tech group and allow them remote access the tv. Tech was moving too fast to see exactly what he was doing but this ultimately it was also no help. Lived with the delay until it stretched out over 6 hours. Pulled of off the back cover...

Samsung UN40H5003 boot loop every ~8 seconds
                    by eigma
Hi, I rescued a Samsung UN40H5003AF (H = 2014 FHD) from the curb. Symptoms are: standby (red) light comes on, stays on for 8 seconds, flickers off, then comes back on, and the cycle continues.

                    Service manual: https://www.electronica-pt.com/esque...is-u8la-71272/

SMPS board: checked voltages, all seem normal (A13V = 12.8V, UD = 3.3V, PWM_BLU = 0.77V, PS_OnOff = 5.5V). Remove 10p cable to main board -> backlight comes on. I think this means SMPS board and backlight are good.

                    Samsung UE75TU6905 reboot loop
                    by brkie
I have a Samsung UE75TU6905 from 2021, with a maximum of 10 hours of usage as it has been used as a presentation TV in the office. It started rebooting, the picture disappears, the sound continues for 2-3 seconds, and then it restarts (Samsung logo with Tizen OS), after which it returns to the previous activity. I tried disconnecting HDMI, antenna, WiFi, and using different power outlets, and it seemed to improve (or so I thought). Before, it happened occasionally, but now it happens all the time, so the TV stays on for a maximum of 30 seconds.

I read on Samsung's website (reviews)...
