from HDMI, DVD Play just no sound even headphones

if you can locate the audio ic tell us the details printed on it that way we can find a data sheet etc

can check the datasheet on that regulator, are the other ones on the board the same with same id? if so maybe check the voltages on them and compare to that one.

Audio chip looks to be u150.

Check the fuse, it may be responsible for powering the amplifier.
