    That's what I was leaning towards. Well I will get one ordered and let you know it does. Thanks for your help. Got to learn somehow lol

      A common problem I saw on this power supply was bad solder joints on connector CN202. Use a desolder pump to remove all the old solder on all the pins, clean them up with isopropyl alcohol and apply fresh solder to all the pins. Before you re-install loosen the screws on the led driver board and pull that board up to meet up with the pins correctly before you slide it in place keeping two fingers pinching the two connectors together so it takes the stress off your fresh solder joints. Then tighten all the screws down.
