hitachi plasma line across screen (pin stripe)

I am looking at another plasma hitachi tv with a line across the screen 55hdt52 I don`t know if this pdp is a pioneer or not. I don`t know if the ics are part of the pdp or not. I think this is around 2004 or 2005 not sure.
