Vizio E550i-B2 Power Supply

I have repaired this tv many times resoldering the connector on the ps and made alot of money. Each time I carefully desolder each pin hole and then resoldered. Many of you have done this also, so I ask the question. Can all the pins in row 1 be connected and can all pins in row 2 be connected. I saw this posted here and wanted a second opinion before I do it. Many thanks

Yes they can be soldered together. That's the way I repair them(7 so far).
