    Vizio E75-E1

I have a Vizio E75-E1 smart tv. When powered on the entire screen lights up white. No menu or any apps show up when pressed. The t-con board has been replaced. Vizio stated with the e-series the cause was the t-con but that didn't fix the issue. Could there be something wrong with the main board? I'm open to suggestions. Thanks in advance.

I had a 70" E series Vizio that had a white screen. It wound up being a shorted SMD capacitor on the right inner (when looking at the BACK of the TV) source driver board that attaches to the bottom of the screen.

Set your DMM to diode test and check if the SMD capacitors are short.
