Sharp LC-80LE632U Main Board SMD's Identification

I am working on a Sharp LC-80LE632U that is flashing the error code (two short two long) that indicates an error with the UR13v. I have briefly checked the power supply and have found no indication of the fault being there (yet). I decided to check the main board and have come across what I believe are one or two shorted ceramic capacitors. I'm just not sure that they are actually capacitors. I was wondering if anyone could look at the images and help me determine if the two are indeed capacitors. I have uploaded two images. One of the main board (QPWBXF733WJN2, KF733, FM24S) with the area circled with a arrow pointing to the two SMD components in question. The second image is a close up of the two SMD components. If they are indeed capacitors, one or both are shorted.
Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Re: Sharp LC-80LE632U Main Board SMD's Identification

It may not be the caps (22µf/6.3v) One end connects to PGND, the other end connects to L9603, the other end of L9603 connects to Q9601 (dual mosfet FM808ME)) pins 7&8, Drain, and it's source connects to ground. OR, it could be that the D+1.1V which connects to the point between the two caps and L9603 is just at a low resistance.

Thank R_J for identifying the caps. I did not consider Q9601 because I did not see L9603 connected to pins 7&8. Maybe I'm missing something, but on Q9601 I only see pins 1, 5, and 6 connected, but not to L9603. What am I missing here? I have attached two more closeups of L9603 and Q9601.
      Appreciate your help!

Nevermind R_J. I found the service manual for the LC-60LE632U and it has more board diagrams (see attached). I will take a fresh look at this once I have digested those board diagrams.
        Thanks again

I just wanted to say thanks R_J for the help and close out this thread. Turns out that there is no short, only a low resistance (18 ohms). I was going by the beep of my meter instead of paying attention to the resistance as well as the beep.

Driving a Sharp TCON/panel with a universal main board
            by advant
This thread is about trying to get an Universal Main Board to work with a Sharp TCON and panel.

I have a Sharp LC-46D85UN TV that has had a main board issue. Since this model is from 2009, I am not able to find an exact replacement of the main board. Instead, I decided to see if I can future proof this tv by getting a Universal Main Board (T53U21.2) from China to work with the Sharp TCON (CPWBX4291TPZA) and panel. The universal main board supports a 8 bit dual channel LVDS interface whereas the TCON requires a 10 bit dual channel LVDS input. I have modded the LVDS connector to match...

Is it possible to upgrade from a Vestel 17MB97 main board to a 17MB110 Main board?
            by cheeky2
I suppose the real question is whether the existing pinouts from ether a 17IPS71 psu are cross compatible with a 17IPS12 psu? If they are then the exchange of the main boards should have no issues providing the screen is compatible with both main boards. Obviously you can change the screen configurations easily enough (providing you have the correct files) for the main board. Why may you ask would I do this? Well a lot of the smart features are no longer working on a Hitachi 48HBT62U main board I wish to give it a new lease of life!
Obviously the same LVDS connector for the screen connection...

Breville BES876 main board repair. Need MOV identification.
            by Dhuddles
            Hello,
I'm attempting to repair my Breville BES876 espresso machine and upon examining the main board, it appears to have a blown MOV which I suspect is in the power supply circuit. I bought the machine used and it was dead as a door nail when I received it. Just my luck, the side of the MOV with all the numbers is burned away. The MOV appears to be in the AC input circuit. Machine is standard 110v, rated at 1750 watts. Maybe someone tried to plug it into 220v or something?

Machine appears new and never used. I'm hoping whatever happened, the MOV blew as designed and protected...

Hi and thanks in advance for any input you might provide!
I have a Sceptre U550CV-UMRD8POTV83BB 4K LED (this is a dumb tv) that I bought new in August 2021, so It's just completed 3 years.
Main power board model: TP.MS3683.PC821 T-Con board: N4TP546UHDPU2L_BO

Last Sunday I was watching a dvd and fell asleep for about half hour, when I awoke the tv screen was black and couldn't get the dvd menu to show, so I changed the input to antenna and had sound but no picture, turned it off. I then got online and found this great site! ....read many troubleshooting tips and this...

Sharp LC-60LE550U Mainboard F905FM06 DUNTKF905WE06TV Main board keeps dying
            by m4a2t0t
What would cause a main board to die when you disconnect AC power to the TV?

This is the second board that it has happened with. All I am doing is disconnecting the power cord from the wall and plugging it back in.

I replaced the main board because I was not getting a signal on PS_ON when pressing the power button. The PSU was/is still sending its 5v standby signal

            Thanks
