I have a model ONC18TV001 made for Walmart. I was hoping maybe someone has a schematic or can help me with an IC part number. The LED driver IC has failed. I cannot read the marking on the IC. Looks like a 10 pin msop package. Thank you.

Re: Onn Tv made for Walmart
It looks like there is sime sort of varnish on the top of it that would need to be cleaned off. Sometimes using a bright torch light shone at an angle on the IC can help you read what is written on it.Willing to help but I'm no expert.Comment

Re: Onn Tv made for Walmart
I will try to clean it off. Thank you again. The LED backlights are completely removed and there was a short across an smd diode on the power supply board. I took it out and it tested fine. I traced both sides of the diode as best as possible and it appeared to go back to the LED driver IC.
I will reply back with my cleaning job.Last edited by sirentech; 05-14-2021, 06:21 PM.Comment

Re: Onn Tv made for Walmart
I managed to clean it off. While it was a bit damp I was able to read the number. It is SN51DP. I will start testing voltages at each pin now that I know the pinout. I will check for pin to pin and pin to ground shorts. Thank you all VERY much.Comment

Re: Onn Tv made for Walmart
This is the possible pinout for the iC
Edit
But it doesn't match the information on another site that appears to be as R_J suggests.

by saghi88Hello everyone,
I am looking for the part number of this component so I can order it. I cannot identify it based on the marking code; I think it is an LDO IC. Can anyone determine the manufacturer's part number from the marking code?
I have uploaded images showing the dimensions and the marking code of the IC. I believe the package is a DFN-8 with dimensions of 3 mm × 3 mm × 0.9 mm.
Thank you in advance for your support3 Photos -

by fitz301Hello,
I'm really hoping somebody on this forum, who have way more expertise than I, can help me with something.
I am searching for the schematic to hopefully repair my 83 yr old mother's console stereo system, it's a 1979 Soundesign 5595 w/ turntable, AM/FM stereo receiver, cassette and 8-track tape, everything works but there's a loud bass hum when using the cassette player and the FM radio needs to be turned up to full volume to hear it, every other part seems to work like it should with the exception of burnt out dial lights and needing new belts.

by dutchgauchoDear BadCaps colleagues,
I'm working on a HP Omen 16-WF0894ND. Won't turn on. Battery is charging and 3 and 5V rails are present.
However, I located PU1801 that's only outputting 0.37v as soon as the power button is pressed. Weird voltage imo, although there's no short after the coil. Chip aint getting hot either. Since no diagram is available, I can't really determine what this rail is for, but I assume it might be a PCH PWR rail. Please help me to identify:
