Tried again and heard relay on PS click, now there is a red LED on the main board. Checked voltages on PS... got all voltages except the 24 volt socket... it reads 1.231 volts

I tried the sequence you posted with no luck so I tried mute+1+8+2+power. I got in the Option menu and it stayed on for about 12 secs then went back to the loop. I couldn't move around in option menu at all. Is there a way to update firmware with TV doing as I describe?

it could be firmware corrupted or bad NAND chip sector
    for firmware issue :
1 minute working its long windows time.. that you can during this 1 minute turn it off with RC to standby. from stand by log in service menu.. press in sequence
Display/Info + Menu + Mute + Power when you are in service menu under "Option" you have there "Factory rest". choice it.

BTW there is upgrade firmware for this set at samsung wen of date May 29 2020

My first attachment was a pixelated screen that I randomly got after disconnecting the main board. That made be believe the screen was fine. I just thought the main board was kicking the screen out. The second and third pic were after I replaced the main board, it had the section of screen that was showing a rounded image in the middle of the screen but you could see vertical lines as well. I put the original T-Con in after I saw that, thinking it wouldn't resolve it, but it did and the final picture was the end result.

I would love to know if anyone could have any explanation on what may have caused that pattern on the middle of the screen. Could it have been a ribbon cable not perfectly seated or possibly a bad T-Con board that I ordered. I was actually planning to write up a separate post for that, if I didn't resolve it.

I just went through a 55" LG OLED55C6P-U and it is very similar to your tv. I was measuring 3.5V on the 12VT_ON, and I wasn't sure if that was correct or not, but the t.v. had all the 12, 24, and 3.5 voltages. The T-Con board didn't have any bad fuses and had the 12 and 24 voltages. I ordered a replacement T-Con board (from the same site Diah recommended) thinking that was suspect, but it didn't fix the tv. I then went ahead and ordered the Main board, and the tv has worked since (I did have a section of picture that was blurry). I ended up putting the original T-Con board back in and the picture appeared to be resolved. I'm not up to par on these newer tvs and how protections work, but I do know I had the majority of the voltages coming off the power supply and the screen would occasionally give me a full screen of different colored squares when I attempted to turn the tv on. The main board was the culprit on mine though. I will try to throw up some pics.

Sony KD-65A1 Repair – 4 Red Blinks Error
    by AK_777
    Hi everyone!
I have a Sony KD-65A1 TV with a fault – 4 red LED blinks. After disassembly and visual inspection, I found that the G76 power board and DKA board had been replaced. It is also possible that TCON was replaced, but I am not sure – there are a few marker marks that could be factory-made.

Based on assumptions, the previous service attempted to solve the issue by replacing potentially faulty components. I decided to investigate further, found a service manual, and figured out a way to power up the power supply unit autonomously and put the OLED panel and...

LG 65UJ6300 no backlight unless TCON disconnected.
    by BakaMonogatari
Full model of the TV is 65UJ6300-UA.BUSYLOR. TV was given to me by a relative as non-operational so I'm trying to get it working so I have a nice cheap upgrade for my living room. This is my first TV repair so if it sounds a little like I know what I'm talking about, I don't.

TV turns on and has audio, but backlight doesn't turn on. Getting 230v from LED+ to chassis. Also can't see anything with flashlight test. Another forum suggested I replace the LED strips because that's the most common failure on LG TV's and the flashlight test doesn't always show results.

Three 820-01700 32GB Logic Boards Same Issue: Won't Wake From Hibernate
    by ugamazing
I have three identical-spec 820-01700 boards (2.6/32/512), and ALL THREE boards came to us with the same fault, from different sources: The boards don't wake from hibernation with the keyboard or lid, they ONLY wake when you press the power button. I understand this is a very minor issue, but the boards must be fixed!

We will of course begin with the obvious (checking lid signals), but I couldn't help but notice these three boards were all 32GB variants. Has anyone noticed an issue relating to these 32GB boards in particular? I of course don't think it's a RAM issue, but it's bizarre...

LG 55EC930V OLED - swich on swich of no screen
    by maxim2511
My Oled Tv is 55inch tv, 3 days ago I notice that middle of the screen is getting warmer and on picture I have ghosting, missing red color. Color red was still displaying, but it was not so strong as corners of the screen and watching some movies makes me angry.
Then I get an idea to take it apart and clean boards from dust.
In side of Tv was not so bad, I take compressed air in can, and gently blow up.

Also I was thinking to styrofoam sponge to isolate power board from screen that the middle of the screen will not worm so much. Because Led on screen when gets higher...
