    Zenith plasma Z42PX2D 12 flashing green

    Working on this Zenith plasma TV model #Z42PX2d, On power on the led light blinks 12 times and stay solid green,screen is black . the control board has a red and green led light on . Va voltage is 65v and Vs is 187v all other voltages are present from the power supply that supply the various boards , how can i tell if the IPM is bad or which one .

    Picture 3 of 5. Are the ceramic fuses OK?

      Yes all fuses are ok , no picture , no sound . the side fuse is good I measure 187v, fuse at bottom measure 65.3v and the ceramic fuse measure 5.3v

        Can you post a photo of the white label that gives the voltages located at the top of the panel.

            Are all the voltages as per the label?

            Va & Vsc are per the label
            how about the others:-
            Vy, Vsc & Zbias

              Yes just verified that these voltage Va = 65v , Vs = 187v , Vsc = 85.9 Vy = 85.9 where can I measure voltage for Zbias.Thanks for your help so far

                I think Vsc according to the label should be 115V and Vy = -85V
                I did a search on the forum for IPM and several threads came up using your panel with some information relating to the voltages required.
                My Knowledge of plasma sets is not that good but there are some members of this site with better knowledge than me who I know would assist.

                  I just found this info on a PDP 42v7 module service manual should I adjust the
                  Vsc to 115v and see what will happen ?
