    mosfet ,diode, igbt ,ect equivalents

    im trying to find database of semiconductor equivalents ,the lg y sus board EBR75455701 lg60ph670v
    im struggling to find replacement parts for
    ive read on here not to trust some mosfet ,igbt type rjp30h2a, k8a60da from China
    as they work ,run hot ,then blow
    im in uk and e bay is full of cheap copies
    can anyone suggest a reliable supplier thanks

      Looks like they both are out of those. These parts are getting pretty scarce as they are considered obsolete. UT source has alot of used parts and are guaranteed to work. I have used parts from my own scraped TV's sometimes. It all depends on the reason they failed(bad ground screws{Panasonic} lead free solder fractures {every brand of tv} or others).

            Lenovo IdeaPad 330 laptop mosfet issue
            by ebyte64
            Good day everyone.

            I have been scratching my head with a Lenovo laptop I got in today.

            The laptop had no power and taking no amps from the power supply. Checking voltage showed 20v only on one side of the first mosfet. Took it off and replaced it and then same story. Took off second mosfet and then the first mosfet had the right voltages as well as 25v on gate is it should. Replacing the second mosfet the problem started again.

            Even using a wire to bypass the second mosfet does the same interference with the first mosfet.

            Would anyone...

            Igbt <-> mosfet
            by eccerr0r
            I've played fast and loose with components for the heck of it (and mainly to use the stock I have) but I have a new substitution to try in order to not have to order components.

            I'm going to try to 1:1 replace IGBTs with MOSFETs...

            The current carrying capacity of the MOSFETs are not going to be as good as the IGBTs, but the IGBTs seem to be quite overspecced to begin with, so maybe it's not so bad. I'm going to derate other components like fuses for the time being to save the MOSFETs.

            Any other things I should look out or is this foolhardy and all...

            Help with mosfet knowledge
            by ohspecial1
            Hi Folks

            Wonder if you can help

            my mosfet knowledge is not great

            so this is my question

            19v in

            1234 pins on mosfet 1= 19v
            5678 on mosfet 1 ==0v

            mosfter 2 12345678= 0v

            Now im guessing because 1 of the mosfet 1 legs has to have voltage
            Mosftet 2 is fine but no being turned on

            So is mosfet 1 faulty

            Ideapad 100 NM-A841, P channel mosfet on laptop in.
            by tmaster21
            Hello guys. i'm having problems here with this lenovo 110 with board NM-A841 laptop. There is an P channel(pq302) and after it i start ,i have 19v but with time, it decreases or if i press "power on" switch or jumper j6 , it falls to 0 and back to 19v. There is no short and works good on battery, but won't charge or charge until the voltage drop like i explain after P mosfet.
            Well i suspect that this mosfet is no good. if you look to skematic i have steady 19v on P2 but start to decrease on P3 like if the mosfet is dying . the gate of boot N an P mosfet are the same: is steady...
