lg 60 ph670v dead clicking relay

    what a life
one day a 24inch pana lcd light as a feather then next this monster ,
i have to stand on a stool to see my mirror at the back of my bench .
this lg 60 plasma ,relay continuous clicking,
i soon traced fault to y sus board short cct on the vs .
i removed board to do cold checks ,the 6 mosfets igbt srjp30h 2a were s/c
    q402 q412 q565 q403 q564 q569 .
    also q505 fet k8a60da .
i soldered the coils that can go dry l441 l442
i checked the blue disc ceramic caps ,as re Alisters post where his blew up
after rebuilding ,tea went one way dog went the other

im worried re the quality of replacements for these rjp30h2a,as ive read on here that some from china will fail ,so i need to ask where to source good replacements ,or equivalents
ive looked for repair kit of parts for this y-sus board ,no luck
and replacement board type ebr75455701 not available
I have tried to avoid plasmas in the past as my back cant take it,
but as this is a favour for local community centre i stepped up and decided to have a go .
Is there anyone out there who has experience with these lg plasmas ,i cant understand why there is such a high component count that has failed
i will post pics pic2 shows one rjp30h 2a removed the others i unsoldered the legs

Utsource. They have mostly used parts now. I never got any fakes from them.

Yes. They use a lot of power. One gets weak and it puts a strain on the rest of them.

          thanks,
          that makes sense ,
before i order parts im checking the buffer board ic,s
as i believe the top one is common to fail , on these lg models

Were you asking for the ES1G spec? if yes, here it is.

Mitsubishi CNC switching power supply board dead / relay board bad diode failure
                    by sam_sam_sam
I was working on this CNC machine today found no keyboard functioning no control relay powering on
The screen powered on and was giving an operation error but the manual was not very clear about what the error exactly was but with a little bit of troubleshooting and finding out that the control relays not powering on and no keyboard functions we narrowed down to this one switching power supply which of course does not have any indicator LED light they are on the keyboard interface/relay controller board

Found shorted diodes on main controller relays there are 3 of them that...

Carver CM-1090 - Power relay clicking on & off, then fuse blown after 20-30 seconds of power cycling.
                    by beetle1303
I gotten a Carver CM-1090 amplifier from a friend who has kept it in storage for decades. Opened it up, thick layer of dust cumulated everywhere. Vacuumed it semi-cleaned, and blown off as much as possible the remaining dust. This is a 220V version.

On initial powered up with nothing connected - it works with all the lights and button indicator lit up as pressed, etc. I then powered off, connected a CD player into the CD RCA input and powered it on. It seemed to work for a short while and when I turned the volume up and down to see the the VUs works, the power started to clicked off...

                    LGOLED55B7V Clicking and dead screen.
                    by Donny2derby
Picked this up other week and when I originally looked at in the sellers house I got 3/4's of a working screen and some horizontal lines across the 1/4 of it which was dead/black.

Just tried powering it up at home and now all I'm getting is a clicking and some very faint lines on 1/4 of the screen whilst the entirety of it is dead.

When using the remote I get two red clicks on the standby. Not sure if this means anything or helps. The same when I use the manual power up.

Help appreciated. I'm an electrician, I've fixed a few in the past so not a total...

60" LG 60PB690V relay clicking issue
                    by DodgyTech
                    Hi everyone,

I require some help with my TV. The TV standby light blicks on and off with a clicking sound (relay?) from the back. After I opened up the TV, I set about troubleshooting by unplugging the boards to try and isolate the problem. My troubleshooting suggests that the logic board is causing the issue, but it could entirely be the YSUS board which is only activated once the logic board is connected.

I have recorded a video which I thought would be an easier way to explain the problem and show the boards at the same time.

I would like to try and identify...

Pioneer amplifier A-205 Relay not clicking after a mistake i made
                    by GraphicMan
                    Hello guys
Because the unit is old (but only occasionally used) the loudness button causes some noise due to bad contact,
sprays did not work, so i decided to solder the pins that it connects on the pcb at the on (loudness on) position
i did that and it worked fine, i know from the bottom of my heart that the switch connects 2 pins and also d/c other 2 pins
on every position it have (6 pin switch), so i was curious what would happen if i clicked the switch off while the pins are soldered at on (so basiclly on and off at the same time), when i did so the sound is gone, nothing...
