6 blinking lights, SONY logo comes up for a sec and then off. I checked all diodes on power supply and found D6201 and D6202 which are side by side with continuity.

I have the 65" version of this set. It had 6 blinks and had the same behaviour as yours and it was a bad led in one of the strips.

As for your they probably shouldn't show shorted. Lift one leg of each and test again.

Those Diodes are for the Standby power supply (you can see STBY_FB printed next to the OPTO PH6301) and that power supply is OK otherwise you will not get any indicator lights to show error code since the main board requires that Standby power supply to be working.
If you really want to test them, lift one leg off the board and retest, BTW, they are connected in parallel.
If you check the DCV between Cathode and chassis ground, you should see either 3.3V or 5V which are typical Standby Voltage for TV.

Getting tone on the lifted Diode?
What mode did you set your meter too?
What reading does it show on the meter?
Did you check the Voltage as I suggested?

The end side with bar is Cathode, another end is Anode, meter should only beep when Black probe on Cathode Red probe on Anode, the meter will display the Forward Voltage of the Diode, when you reverse the leads then you should see 'OL'.

Magnum IA.100 Amplifier Switches on, No Output, Possible Input Side fault?
                      by flibidy
I have here a Magnum IA.100 which belongs to my parents.

The unit powers on & when the relay kicks in, you get a pop from the speakers (this might sound weird but is usual behavior for this amp). However, you get nothing coming through it from any of the inputs & no pops and crackls from any of the controls.

Because of the sound from the speaker when the amp turns on I have assumed that the output section probably works but I could be wrong & I'm not sure how to test that side of things further.

Zombie Samsung UN55NU6900F dead / no standby voltage - randomly came to life after hours of troubleshooting then died
                      by tvguy12012012120
This is my first attempt at troubleshooting a board like this, I know I could just buy a new board but I'm curious to figure out how this works. I've been testing different components in the evenings this week and I think the problem is with the IC failing to start up for some reason. When the board is plugged in there is no standby voltage.

Then today it randomly sprung to life like a zombie but shortly died thereafter. I have no idea why it would have done that and its the first time I've seen it running. I discharged capacitors on the board last night, then it was sitting today....

                      Hello

                      Laptop E15 I5 10gen
                      Mb nm-c421

I have a problem with the usb-c power dc.
The motherboard start only in one side of the usb-c

Replace the usb-c port 2 times same problem

With the usb-c meter, one side 20v ok, other side the usb-c meter don't come on

Try to test the pin with the Mechanic Tail insertion tester and every pin are ok ?

Can the pd controler be the fault ? Or something else maybe ?

                      Thx

Asus ZenBook 13 UX333F External Short - Fast Battery Drain - Need Help
                      by jkucukov
I'm trying to see if someone could help me with my Asus Zenbook 13 UX 333F with given symptoms that I've experience during a recent external short.

During last laptop charge, as I was moving the DC power supply, I caused the two leads (+ -) to touch. After that event the laptop stopped charging and pulling amps form the power supply. The only way the laptop will come on is with the power supply connected and the battery having some charge to it, battery drains immediately after short operation (it gets to Windows log in screen before it shuts off). The laptop would power on, show...
