Random shutdown - Toshiba

Hi PPL

I have been asked about what could be causing a toshiba (not able to get model as yet) that has a random blackout issue.

It runs fine but maybe once or twice a night, totally randomly, will just go to black, no audio either, for around 3 seconds and then will come back on as if nothing had happened.

Could this be a power supply issue or something? Its pretty random.

Not the best tv but if you can get it for a song why not, I kind of doubt that it's a panel issue.
