Power Issue, if shutdown it wont power on again.FH5AT LA-K092P REV 2.0

Hi good day I have a issue of this motherboard laptop, if doing a cmos reset the the motherboard ( discharge the current inside the board) it will power on and if you shutdown
the laptop it wont power , it will shows led light for a second then shutdown.

Tried clean Me bios smae issue
tried to bypass thermal protection ( remove RB7 and RB1 and jumper each pad of the DB1 )
ive check the motherboard for corrion but no avail

Hope someone can guide which part of the board should I focus to narrow down the issue

This is not related to thermal protection as mb is posting after cmos reset. I'll suggest to look for RTC circuit deeply.

Really cant explain the "N" number of reasons for RTC circuit malfunction. This however remains one of the most prominent problem in laptop boards. Some times can be fixed,in some cases its PCH's RTC section itself gets shorted-completly/partially.
