    Panasonic Th-42px75u top half white washed

    I have a th-41pc75u top half screen washed out can see menu etc vaguely in the whitewashed top half and fine in bottom half. Tv shuts off after few seconds 7 blinks. I disconnected one of the panel ribbons for top half tv will stay on still white washed except for the disconnected ribbon thats black. I tested the su board but cant find a short maybe tested wrong. In the sc board i did notice the white ceramic 2.2k ohm is burnt would this cause this issue or is it still buffer issue.

      good night! I have this screen that looks half black and half white. the tcon gives a low vgh value (5-6v). the rest seem fine. I first removed the flex from one half of the panel and then the other. Removing the left, vgh increases it to 25-26v. I think the problem is in that area, but there are not many elements on the integrated controller board. there are no shorted capacitors. could they be a cof? Some help?

      By the way, now the entire screen is black. Maybe some flex was not connected correctly... I have exchanged the flex and there are no variations, I don't think they are the...

      Any idea what could be causing the left half of the screen to be completely black and the right half completely white?

      No picture from any input or OSD. The audio, however, works fine. Also, the backlight changes intensity along with the input feed.

      I've tested the voltages on all the marked test points I could find and everything reads OK.

      I've tried applying both heat and pressure to the tabs connecting the panel to the buffer boards to no effect.

      Unplugging the white ribbon cables going into the 2 buffer boards on the black half of...

      Panasonic TX-48CX350B backlights but white screen , blank screen

      Hi all, I’ve got a problem I hope someone can help me fixi.
      I have a Panasonic TX-48CX350B tv , it powers up ok but the screen is blank, the backlights are working, there’s nothing else though, no picture or sound. I’m not sure what the fault is called whether it’s BLANK/ BLACK/ or WHITE SCREEN I’ve actually came across this before on a similar tv but just ended up scrapping it, I will upload pictures of the boards etc , if anyone could help me I would really appreciate it...
