Wow, its been 5 years since the last time I posted here. Had been troubleshooting TV's for 3 years prior that while fixing hundreds of sets but now I can barely remember the basics of where to begin. 
So I just picked up this Samsung Plasma set. Couldn't resist the free stuff. The set will turn on (little chime plays) but there is no picture.
Upon opening the back, the Vs and Va Voltages seem to be missing. They seem to be dropping off when the set first turns on. Vs starts at 211V and Va starts at 57V (The correct voltages from the label) and then steadily drops until zero.
Disconnected the Ymain from the Xmain and same issue happens.
Disconnected Ymain/Xmain from PSU and the Va/Vs pins read zero.
Any ideas what the issue might be?
While I go through some guides and manuals to refresh my memory. If this was back then I probably would of had an idea of the issue and fixed the set by now. Ah so sad...
